Located in Gilroy California, the Garlic Capital of the World, Topa Tire – a privately held California Corporation – was established in 2002 by industry experts and pool of engineering talents. The company has grown from inception to produce annually over thirty-thousand truck tires, over two-thousand and five-hundred Off The Road (OTR), and over six-thousand Industrial retread tires in its own facility.
