TOPA Tire Warranty

TRUCK & TRAILER RETREAD WARRANTY

Every retread we process bears our company identification and is guaranteed to be free from defects in material and/or workmanship. If TOPA Tire determines that a retread or repair has become unserviceable due to a covered warranty condition during the first 2/32″ (or the first 25% for our PREMIUM retread grade) of usable tread wear, a full replacement of the retread or repair costs will be issued, based on the current “TOPA Tire manufactured selling price.” If TOPA Tire determines that a retread has failed under the conditions of the warranty beyond the no charge period, TOPA Tire will, in its sole discretion, either repair the tire or make a reasonable allowance prorated on a percentage of tread wear. This adjustment policy is limited because any retread tire may fail in service or otherwise become unserviceable due to the conditions beyond the control of the manufacturer such as, but not limited to, mechanical condition of the vehicle, improper tire maintenance, road conditions, etc.

OFF THE ROAD LIMITED WARRANTY

Tire sizes 26.5-25 and below

Every retread we process bears our company identification and is guaranteed to be free from defects in material and/or workmanship for a period of five (5) years from the date of manufacture. If your casing(s) fail, after the cap is 50% worn, there is no warranty. There is no warranty on a purchased recap and casing after 50% wear. If TOPA Tire determines that a retread has failed under the conditions of the warranty, TOPA Tire will, in its sole discretion, either repair the tire or make a reasonable allowance prorated on a percentage of tread wear. This adjustment policy is limited because any retread tire may fail in service or otherwise become not serviceable due to the conditions beyond the control of the manufacturer such as, but not limited to, mechanical condition of the vehicle, improper tire maintenance, road conditions, etc.

Foam Fill

We assume no liability for foam in tires which we retread. It is recommended that all the foam filled tires be “recharged” by the customer after being retreaded.

Repairs

OTR tire repairs are warranted for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of manufacture.
